The durable rubber over-molded dumbbells are designed for weight training, cross-training, HIIT, and general lifting and strength conditioning. The ergonomic tapered handles are perfect to help with grip and form and help prevent hand fatigue.

The 380lb dumbbell set comes in weights from 10 lb. to 50 lb. in 5 lb. increments. The rubber hex dumbbells will protect the floor and reduce noise and prevent the dumbbells from rolling away from you. They're also great for planks and pushups as they stay steady against your body weight.

The heads are heat and pressure secured to the handles to create a strong and stable joint. The 15lb and under handles are designed at 28mm while the 15lb and up are 34mm. Between heads is a distance of 130mm.
